| Edward R. Roberts, chairman and founder of Loveed Corporation and Loveed Fine Arts, was born to an artists family, and was married to a sculptor. He enjoyed a broad and diversified career in the financial world and devoted his lifetime to the promotion of artistic expression. For the past twenty-three years, he has devoted his time to organizations that have fostered young artists in both the visual and performing arts. This was the basis on which Loveed was founded. | ||
| A second generation art dealer, Daniel Hamparsumyan has been dealing in contemporary ceramics for the past twenty years. He graduated from the University of Paris Law School and studied Art History at the Ecole du Louvre in Paris, specializing in contemporary art. Before moving to New York in the late eighties he sold and purchased post-war paintings and drawings at Galerie Framond, Paris. In addition to promoting and selling ceramic works of art he deals privately in XXth century and contemporary American and European paintings, sculpture and works on paper. | ||
| Ronald A. Kuchta is the former director of the Everson Museum of Art, Syracuse, NY. Prior to his two decades at the Everson, he assisted Walter P. Chrysler Jr. in assembling one of the largest collections of Art Nouveau and Art Deco decorative objects for the Chrysler Museum. He is also editor of American Ceramics Magazine and a board member of Long House Reserve, East Hampton, L.I, MOCA, New York and Watershed, North Edgecomb, Maine. As a writer and curator for a number of publication and museums, he contributes articles regularly to Ceramics, Art and Perception, Keramik Techni and Crafts Magazine. His curatorial expertise and knowledge of the ceramic field has given him a rare access to the best and most innovative ceramists from the Post-War era. | ||
| Nancy C. Roberts has been a principal of Loveed Fine Arts since its inception twenty-three years ago. Nancy holds an M.B.A. in marketing from the Stern School of business, attended Vassar College and holds a Bachelor's Degree in comparative literature and history from the University of Pennsylvania. She handles all aspects of the business and primarily develops artists' careers through marketing and advertising. She works with publications supplying written materials for and about artists. Before joining Loveed, Nancy worked in public relations and advertising. | ||
